Styles of the week 39

Pyrimme joka viikko valitsemaan oppilaiden keskuudesta hienoja tyylejä. Yleensä valitsemme kaksi, tytön ja pojan.

Milla-Emilia, 8lk
Pidän värikkäistä ja omaperäisistä vaatteista, ja teen niitä paljon itse. En miellä itseäni pissikseksi.

Arttu, 9lk
Tyylini on mielestäni hieno. Ostan vaatteita eniten Jack and Jonesista ja Jim&Jill'stä.

Party All Night

Koulumme 9-luokkalaiset saavat järjestää bileitä noin kerran kuukaudessa. Lukuvuoden ensimmäiset bileet järjesti 9C. Lippu maksaa 2 euroa ja rahat menevät järjestäjäluokan luokkaretken hyväksi.

Ensimmäiset bileet onnistuivat hyvin ja keräsivät porukkaa. Bileet ovat yleensä kolmetuntisia, kuudesta yhdeksään. Bileisiin pyydetään valvojiksi yläkoulun opettajia, joskus paikalla on myös oppilaiden vanhempia.

Valaistus salissa on hämärä. Yksi salin kulma on varattu DJ –porukalle. Yleensä DJ on tallentanut kappaleet tietokoneelle tai soittaa niitä YouTubesta. Bileitä edeltävinä päivinä koulun ilmoitustaululle pistetään biisitoivelista, johon kaikki voivat kirjoittaa omia toiveitaan.

Järjestävä luokka pystyttää paikalle kioskipöydän, josta voi ostaa esim. karkkia, limsaa ja mehua. Väki valtaa tanssilattian yleensä puolessa välissä iltaa.

Illan loppupuolella 9. luokan pojat voivat jopa riisua paitojaan. Mahtaakohan heille tulla tanssiessa kuuma?

Järjestävä luokka jää vielä illan jälkeen paikalle siivoamaan ja sulkemaan ovet.

The ninth-graders of our school can organize a party once a month. The first party of this autumn were organized by class 9C. The ticket costs 2 € and the money goes to the organizing class who uses the money for the class field trip.

The first party went well and gathered a lot of people. The party usually takes three hours, from 6 to 9 o’clock. Some teachers come as supervisors to the party. Sometimes there’s also some students’ parents.

The lighting in the hall is shady. One corner of the hall is reserved for the DJ group. The DJ usually plays the songs from a computer or from YouTube. Also, a few days before throwing the party, a song wish list is put on the school bulletin board, where anyone can write the songs they wish to be played at the party.

The organizing class puts up a snack stand, where people can buy candy, coke, juice etc. The crowd usually takes over the dance floor half way through the evening.

At the end of the evening, the ninth-grade boys can even take off their shirts. I wonder if they start feeling hot while dancing?

The organizing class stays there after the party to clean up and close the doors.

This is the beginning

Hei!

Olemme Lapuan yläkoulun 9. luokan oppilaita ja luette juuri ensimmäistä postausta. Kokoonnumme kerran viikossa blogikurssin kaksoistunnille, jossa kirjoitamme niin koulumme arjesta kuin Lapuan tapahtumista. Ryhmämme on tiivis, inspiroiva ja tyttövoittoinen. Toisaalta ryhmämme ainut poika on niin tehokas, että hän vastaa kymmentä poikaa.

Blogin käynnistäminen vaatii jonkin verran aikaa, kuten olemme saaneet huomata. Pitää luoda sisältöä, suunnitella ulkoasua, ottaa muiden mielipiteet huomioon ja luoda hyvä ilmapiiri. Juttujen valmistumisessa menee yllättävän paljon aikaa.

Toivomme tämän blogin kiinnostavan ystävyyskoulujamme, muita oppilaita ja heidän vanhempiaan. Jos jokin juttumme herättää sinussa ajatuksia, voit täysin vapaasti jättää palautetta ja kommentoida juttujamme.

Hello!

We are ninth-grade students at the Lapua secondary school and you are now reading our first post. We gather once a week on a blog course, where we write about the daily life of our school and happenings in Lapua. Our group is tight, inspiring and consists mostly of girls. On the other hand, the only boy in our group is so effective he equals ten boys.

Starting the blog takes some time, as we have noticed. We need to create contents, design the outlook, take note on other student’s opinions and create a good athmosphere. Writing stories takes a lot of time.

We hope this blog interests our sister schools, other students and their parents. If any of our stories gives you thoughts, you are free to leave comments.
