Do you want to respect the resources of Nature?

Yläkoulumme vieressä Koulukadulla sijaitsee kirpputori Sakura. Siellä on myynnissä kaiken ikäisten vaatteita ja kenkiä. Sieltä löytyy myös paljon muuta tavaraa kuten tauluja, kirjoja, leluja, musiikkia, lastenvaunuja yms.

Miksi meidän pitäisi viedä vaatteet kirpputorille? Käytetyt vaatteet ovat yleensä hyväkuntoisia ja olisi surku jos ne heitettäisiin pois, kun joku toinen voi käyttää niitä. Kirpputori ei ole ainoastaan vähävaraisten kauppa. Sieltä voi kuka tahansa käydä ostamassa hienoja ja hyviä vaatteita halvemmalla hinnalla kuin tavallisesta kaupasta. Samalla säästyy luonnovaroja, kun emme osta koko ajan uutta, vaan tyydymme vanhaan.

Sakura on auki ma-pe 10-18, la 10-15.  Sunnuntaina kirppari on suljettu. Jos kotona lojuu ylimääräisiä tavaroita, kirpputorilta voi varata itselleen myyntipöydän. Sen hinta vaihtelee: 1 viikko/7 päivää 25 €, jatkoviikot 23 €, 1 kuukausi 82 € ja 10 viikkoa 160 €.

Kirpputoripöydän voi varata numerosta 045 – 3513 515. Tai mennä paikan päälle varaamaan. Myytävät tavarat saa itse hinnoitella ja niihin tulee laittaa varauspöydän numero, jotta rahat osataan laittaa oikeaan kassaan. Pöydän vuokraaja saa rahat itselleen.

Next to our school on the street called Koulukatu there is a flea market called Sakura. They're selling clothes and shoes for all ages. You can find there all kinds of other stuff too, like paintings, books, toys, music, baby carriages etc.

Why should we take our clothes to the flea market? Used clothes are often in good condition and it would be a shame if they'd be thrown away when someone else could still use them. Flea market is not only a place for the poor people. Anybody can go there to buy good looking clothes at a cheaper price than from normal stores. And also, when we settle for old instead of buying new, we save the natural resources.

Sakura is open Mon-Fri 10-18, Sat 10-15. On Sunday Sakura is closed. If there's clothes or other items at your home that you don't use, you can book a counter for yourself from the flea market. The prices of the counters varies:
1 week/7 days 25 €, every following week 23 €, 1 month = 82 €, 10 weeks = 160 €

You can book your own counter by calling 0453513515 or you can go there on the spot to book. You can price your own products and you need to put the reservation number of your counter on them so that the money goes to a right cash register. The leaseholder of the counter gets the money himself.
